Terms of the Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Embodied Empowerment (“EE”) and Member (“Member”) and comes into effect as of membership purchase and confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. 

 

Member Benefits as stated on the website

The agreement begins on the day of purchase, for a min period of 1 month 

The membership is non-transferable

 

Liability

 

The Member will not hold EE liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.

 

The Member agrees that EE cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices. 

 

Membership Termination

 

EE has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement are violated. 

 

Membership Dues​

 

Membership is for a minimum period of 1 month from the membership start date. 

 

Members are entitled to all rights and privileges for the type of membership chosen.

 

The membership is non-transferable

 

    Restrictions

 

The Member agrees that they will not:

 

Share their login information with non-members

Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members

Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions  

 

      Liability

 

The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.

 

The Member agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices. 

 

      Privacy

 

The Organization will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties. 

 

   Membership Cancellation request

 

From the date the cancellation request is received, there is a one-month notice period. During the notice period, your profile and events will remain on our website and will be removed at the end of said notice period and there will be one final payment due.

 

By purchasing a Member you confirm that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
