Do you want to recharge your physical and mental battery and start the weekend in a cheerful way? 

Join us in this unique dance experience. 

Together we create a space full of energy, where everyone feels safe to explore, express and enjoy in freedom and in a natural state of ecstasy.

After this ecstatic dance evening, you will feel reborn.  

Expect a musical journey with global beats through many layers, genres and tempos that are seamlessly mixed together in a live performance by DJ Ambiophonic of Ambiophonic Records.  

About Ecstatic Dance Ecstatic Dance is a free dance form where you can surrender to the rhythm of the music and move freely as the music takes you. 

There are four simple basic rules: "No Shoes - No drugs - No cameras - No Chit-Chat''. 

We dance bare feet or on socks, we do not use alcohol or drugs, we keep phones/camera's out/away and do not talk while dancing, but communicate through dance. Loving respect for yourself and each other is the basis. 

If you rather not dance with someone place your hands on your heart. 🙏 

Note: please bring your own water bottle. 

 Program

 ● The room opens 15 minutes before the start to dance in, warm up a bit, or just arrive on the spot in silence. 

● We start with an opening ceremony in which a short introduction is given to the guidelines and some exercises to warm up the body and connect with yourself and others. 

● Then we dance for an hour and a half 

● Free water and tea is served, drink when you want and as much as you want. 

● We end with a short closing circle in which we can briefly share our experiences.

● Doors open at 18:45 PM 

● Dance in/arrive 18:45 - 19:00 PM 

● Opening ceremony 19:00 - 19:15 PM 

● Free Dance 19:15 - 21:00 PM 

● Closing Circle 21:00 PM
