About Sile(da)nce:

In silence and still loud and clear! We often think the only way to communicate is by talking.

But there is so much to feel, to see, to communicate that is beyond words.

In the „Sile(da)nce“ session with

Lisa, you’ll have the chance to bring all the „unspoken“ into movement.

No one is judging, nothing is wrong… it’s your pure expression of You.

Now, all that you have been coming across being silent and looking eternal can find a place and be expressed.

From the inside to the outside.

From the mind, the spirit, the heart… into your whole body.

Once we embody our truth we can really

make a change.

This movement session will help to ground you, get into your body, find new ways of moving and expressing yourself and create more freedom within.

About Lisa:

Lisa is a dance- and massage therapist from Austria, located in the Netherlands. She loves

bringing people into movement and creating a safe space for others to relax and explore

themselves.

Through her lifelong practice as a dancer (she started when she was 4 years old and

later enjoyed a professional dance education), Lisa has always been strongly connected with her

body. Her deep research led her to all kinds of different dance/movement practices, Martial Arts,

massaging and dance therapy – but also to a (movement) journey through different countries (like

India, Brazil, Israel and Peru). Now she wants to share her experience and help others to connect

more deeply with their bodies and intuition. As a part of Embodied Empowerment, she hopes to

inspire a bigger movement of well-being, pleasure and inner wisdom.

About Moonsong Sound healing:

Katty has been a professional singer/songwriter for over 20 years. Alongside her career in the music industry she has also been teaching piano and giving singing lessons. In recent years she became more interested in the healing power of singing and music. She created 'Find your voice' workshops and has been holding mantra singing sessions at festivals and events.

In 2019 she travelled to Bali to train with Sound Healer Shervin Baloorian, graduate of one of the world’s foremost sound healing academies (Tama-Do). She now provides Sound Meditations for groups or one to one sessions, incorporating her voice as part of the journey, along with a variety of beautiful instruments from around the world. Katty also continues to give voice workshops or private lessons. Katty joined Embodied Empowerment as she felt the urge to connect with other well being practitioners for growth, support and collaboration. She felt that being part of this community would enable her to reach and help more people with her work.
