What is Mindful Crochet?
More and more people are discovering that Crochet is a very mindful activity.
It is a meditative practice, reducing your blood pressure and cortisol levels, calming your mind and bringing your emotions to a peaceful place. Actively reducing the buildup of anxiety and stress.
With the gentle loving guidance of Vera in three weeks, you will have to create a beautiful shawl or small comfort blanket to keep and enjoy as you harvest all of the benefits of this mindful activity.
No previous experience is needed, though experienced crocheters are welcome.
The cost for the 3-week course is €59.50 including yarn and 1 crochet hook, coffee, tea and goodies.

Creative group therapy
Coming together in a group activity group with like-minded individuals gives space to chat, exchange stories, receive practical advice easing what you carry. Engaging with a creative project is a bonding experience and the support that is provided by the group is very nurturing, combating loneliness and a sense of isolation.- A problem shared is a problem halved.
