About the event

Embodied Empowerment brings you our Self-Care moment offered on a donation basis and led by our community of well-being practitioners.

This session is a Breath & Body experience led by Francis Schwegman

Release stress and return to a state of flow and pleasure.  During this mini workshop, I will guide you through simple breathwork, embodiment and self-touch practices to get back in touch with your body and your senses, inducing a state of relaxation, flow and pleasure.

Connecting with yourself through your body, opening your senses and connecting to pleasure is medicine to help you release tension and stress and regulate your nervous system.

Perfect for when you feel anxious, tense, overwhelmed, or any other kind of disconnected from yourself, or for any time you just want to take a moment to connect deeper to yourself and cultivate a sense of self-love.

Doing these practices regularly helps to calm your nervous system, and bring it back into a natural state of balance, calm and stability that lasts more easily.
