What is Chi Gong and Tai Chi?
Tai Chi and Chi Gong are ancient forms of Chinese exercise which have been practised for hundreds of years to help promote wellbeing in both body and mind. The soft yet strong flowing movements in combination with meditative breathing and mind focus bring a deep sense of connection both within our own body and mind.

We are offering a unique opportunity to train in both Chen and Yang style Tai Chi in the same workshop. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover the wealth of insights and teachings from both family lineages and feed your curiosity into these ancient Chinese practices.
