If you are a well-being practitioner working as a coach, yoga teacher, massage therapist or any other healing profession—we think you’ll agree, it can be wonderfully fulfilling and incredibly demanding in many different ways.

You are often working alone all day with your own clients or students. Fluctuating income levels each month can lead to over-stretching yourself by accepting too many work opportunities, all at once. Besides that, you are managing your own admin, marketing and so much more. And let's not forget the most important thing—finding time for your own self-care.

When it comes to working as a well-being practitioner today, things can be both challenging and uncertain. That’s why we at Embodied Empowerment believe that the key to changing this and finding the support and balance we all yearn for, is by coming together as a community.

Our intention is to create a home where we can all connect on a regular basis. A place where we inspire, support and grow together as well-being practitioners. If this is something you would welcome, come along to our well-being practitioners meetup Sunday, May 30th on Zoom.

What's on?

During this meetup, Embodied Empowerment will facilitate a mindful, fun and interactive meet-up filled with opportunities to explore how we as well-being practitioners, can nourish ourselves and each other going forward, both personally and professionally.

It will also be an ideal moment to take a closer look at our venue and explore opportunities to hire the space for future classes and events with Embodied Empowerment.
