Dance & Movement therapist
She loves bringing people in movement and creating a safe space for others to relax and explore themselves.
Through her life long practice as a dancer (she started when she was 4 years old and later enjoyed a professional dance education), Lisa has always been strongly connected with her body.
Her deep research led her to all kind of different dance/movement practices, Martial Arts, massaging and dance therapy – but also to a (movement) journey through different countries (like India, Brazil, Israel and Peru).
Now she wants to share her experience and help others to connect more deeply with their bodies.
